The selected candidate will be responsible for optimizing our web properties for search engine performance. As SEO evolves, more coordination with content teams, usability experts, social media professionals and IT resources is required; thus, the SEO Specialist must have knowledge of these areas as well. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the online strategies and initiatives to drive customer acquisition and increase retention for multiple business units. The ideal candidate is one that has a strong B2C web analytics background, is an articulate, technically-minded individual with good business acumen, and excellent interpersonal skills. He/she must have strong hands-on technical skills with at least 5 years of experience – preferably working with an Adobe Omniture analytics suite. This individual should have experience developing measurement and data driven strategies across all aspects of a direct to consumer e-commerce environment.

The Marketing Associate’s primary role is the responsibility for negotiating, booking, reporting and analyzing print and digital advertising opportunities across multiple business units. The position necessitates strong math skills, good negotiation skills, and general knowledge of creative and production practices to assure materials are provided to publishers on time. Punctuality, good time management and organization skills are necessary to meet deadlines, and a high attention to detail is expected at all times.
