Stinky Car Ashtray

Stinky goes mobile.

This has to be one of the most functional portable ashtrays I've ever seen. Not only does it feature Stinky's trademark stainless steel construction and deep generous bowl, but the resting mechanism is sheer genius. 2 clips carefully flex to hold any sized cigar up to a 60 ring gauge. It fits perfectly into almost any cup holder, and its easy to transport design makes it a great choice for the boat, backyard, RV....heck anywhere. This mobile Stinky even has a hinged lid, keeping odors at bay until you empty it. You'll never want to leave home without it.

Exceeded All My Expectations
If The Stinky Car Ashtray didn't exist, it would have to be invented. The polished chrome-like finish actually enhances my interior and the lid fits so perfectly that it prevents any stink from escaping. I just bought a new Lincoln. They used to have two cigar ashtrays. Now they have none. The Stinky Cigar Ashtray solves that for me. Now I have a place to put my cigar without having to worry if it's 'going to get away' and end up somewhere on the floor. The Stinky Cigar Ashtray solved all of those problems and some I didn't even know I had.

Great concept, execution needs some work
Must have a cup holder, or else this topples over. spring clips are easily bent & may damage cigar wrap if not taken care of. Aside from these two caveats, it is a great ashtray. Just wish it was weighted adequately for on-the-go use when a cup holder isn't available.

Thanks for asking!
I am enjoying my new Stinky ashtray. I did have to modify it as it "flopped" around in my cupholder. A 2" piece cut from a swimming "noodle" did the trick!
Customer Testimonials
I have a small car (Nissan Versa) and the cup holders are just big enough for a 20 oz bottle. This ashtray is smaller than that and rattles around. I solved the problem with a small golf club cloth and it no longer rattles. Other than that, which I expected from other reviews, this ashtray works exactly as advertised. Keeps the smell to a minimum and collects ash. I have used the prongs to hold a different number of cigars and have not had any tearing of the wrapper or a cigar fall out.
I LOVE my lil Stinky Ashtray. Custom order a whole vehicle? Nah, this thing works great!
Not a bad car ashtray, but a little small. It tends to rattle in the cup holder.
Nice! Just FYI...If you smoke cigars less than a 50-ring you may have a problem keeping it secure.
Ideal for traveling on the highway. It should be a little bigger in diameter so that it won't move around in the cup holder. The clincher that holds the cigar is perfect too. Overall, it's a great design.
Great ashtray for cup holder and my boat. No more ashes on the bridge or anywhere else!
One of the best bargains in accessories. Fits perfectly into my cup holder. Conveniently extinguishes cigar butts dropped into the cup, while minimizing odor by flipping the lid closed. Cigar clip built into lid holds all sizes when the cover is flipped open.
....Lid is too heavy, thus making it fall out of the cup holder very easy. The cigar braces easily destroy expensive cigars with minimal effort....
....This one will not stand up on its own without the assistance of a cup holder.
Bought one to use in the truck at Christmas driving about 1300 miles to visit relatives. Keeps the ashes securely in the container and the lid is very tight. The clips are the problem. On the interstate, the clips hold a cigar quite well, but in town, with all of the turns made, the clips kept did not hold a 54 gauge securely. The cigar kept slipping out when turning corners. Also, the edges of the clips are sharp and cut into the cigar wrapper. A few extra touches would improve this ashtray, but would probably add greatly to the cost.
